Elevator Up gets new servers
Some new things are happening at Elevator Up and I wanted to share one of the most recent changes.
Do to the current growth on the hosting side, we purchased 3 new servers this week in order provide a better hosting environment.
Below is what we purchased and what we plan to use them for. A later post will come out with how the setup is done and when migrations to the new servers will be happening if you’re an Elevator Up client.
Application servers (w/load-balancing)

- Dell Server with an Intel Pentium 3.0GHz Processor
- 2 GB DDR RAM
- 2 x 160 GB SATA Drive
- 2000 GB Bandwidth
Mail and Database server
- Operating System: Debian Server
- Amount of servers: 1
- Setup:
- AMD Athlon 2200 Processor
- 1GB Memory
- 1 x 80 GB Hard Drive
- 2000 GB Bandwidth
