Aftermath of Strep and Mono
After an amazingly long week and a half I feel 98% over my most recent sicknesses. Last week Tuesday is when the strep throat started to clear up and by Thursday it was almost completely gone. It still hurts when I yawn, as it will stretch my throat, but I can eat normal food which was tremendously missed.
Mono seemed to disappear right along with the strep. I consulted my doctor, making sure I really had it and he seemed certain I did in fact have mono. He mentioned that there were different types of mono and I probably had a small case alongside the strep.
Either way, I feel almost completely back to normal and I’ll be starting back at work full-time this coming Monday.
