Slacklining

Rob Walcott on a slackline When some people get together they sit and watch T.V. or even play cards while talking about the good ‘ol days. However, bring a guy named Phil Taylor into your group and he’ll make your uneventful afternoon get together into a rock climbing exercise.

Even if you’ve never climbed a rock, this is still a lot of fun. Its all about body-weight movment and distribution while climbing so slacklining is a great exercise.

A few of us gave it a try. After quite a bit of falling, I finally stood up…for about 2 seconds before I flipped off.

I’ve noticed some problems with the video on the Windows Quicktime player and I don’t quite know what the problem is yet. I’m looking into it.
