Answer the Phone
Every phone commercial you see now offers some sort of new gadget. “Take Pictures”, “View your Calendar”, “Change your Ring-Tone”. They keep coming up with new features but none of them focus on experience.
Sometimes I just wish we could go back to those old wall phones. They offered us a real sense of wonderment.
