Someone else?? No I’m just me.
I know I don’t update this site very much anymore but when life keeps you busy, it’s hard to do the things you really love.
It would be nice to have time like my buddy Rob Walcott which spends most of his days taking pictures of wonderful people and sitting in front of his computer updating his weblog. The guy doesn’t have to worry about a boss looking over his shoulder or having to explain to newsroom journalist why there are popup windows on our site.
It would also be nice to be like my other buddy, Ethan VanDrunen, that decided to leave the United States for a teaching job in India. Just thinking about all of his experiences, intriguing people, and beautiful landscape is almost an experience in an of itself. He doesn’t have to sit in a Dilbert hole, or stare at a windowless wall hoping to soon experience something more than the excitement of watching the browning of a light colored wallpaper.
So I hope to soon be the kind of person that is able to bring to life a group of text and release the stories that are so nicely organized in my head for later telling. It’s coming but when I don’t know….the suspense is, as many say, killing me.
