Curiosity

Every once in awhile I get these huge desires to learn a lot, and not just on one particular subject. I spend all my waking time searching for those various questions I have on life and how I can possibly understand more about them.

My recent studies have been broadly narrowed down to the following:

Of course, as history will show - I’ll only be able to find out so much information before I get weighed down with so much new information that I have to take a break. To which I’ll spend a couple days watching various movies and reality television, only to start up the whole process again.

I wish there was a way to pull information in much quicker than the current time wasting method of reading. Hands-on practice is the obvious answer to this but we don’t always get that option when wanting to learn something new and even if we do - it still isn’t as instant as plugging your head into a computer like they do on the Matrix movie.

However, the learning is fun none-the-less and it allows me to see another part of the world I never new existed.

Another question I have is - What interests you and are you currently taking time to learn more about it. If so - feel free to explain a bit about what you’re doing.

Good luck with all your learning! Don’t we all wish for more time to learn new things?

If you have any questions on PHP, feel free to fire them my way.

I just got the sitepoint book on php/mysql, because NetPenny.net just changed their personal web page server to a ‘nix box, so my Active Server Page stuff doesn’t help much.
