Now Jenny & Brad are Engaged

Wow - it’s like there’s some sort of prize if you get engaged. As if there is some sort of force that is strangely convincing people to go further in their relationships.

My Theory is simple:

The Letter project has become some sort of relationship predictor. It’s monthly schedule may be more than just a list of people that are to receive letters.

If this is true then we’ll need to keep our eye on Ethan VanDrunen and Laura Herrema.

Laura seems to already have a boyfriend (with a lovely name if I may say so myself). This is just a matter of time before another prediction is made.

Ethan however does not have a girlfriend but the powers that be may like this sort of challenge. That along with Ethan’s luck, that can only be described to as “the force”, allows me to think the Letter website might still have a chance to get Ethan engaged.

All I’m saying is that “I am a believer”. You may follow or deny.

On another note:

Jenny - I am beyond excitement for you and Brad. I love both of you and glad you found each other.

Just for record purposes I thought I would post here how Jenny Los was asked.

Words from Jenny

Hey guys. I just want to tell you about the past weekend that I had ….

Next Wed. is Brad , my studly boyfriend’s, :) birthday. So last weekend we were planning on going up to leland (traverse city area) to celebrate with his family. We were planning on going up to Brad’s one room, log cabin on friday night for a bday party with his family. This cabin was built by his grandpa a long time ago, it’s on a very steep hill and can only be reached by hiking.

Brad and I left for the cabin after swim practice and reached the cabin around 8:00. Brad told me that the rest of his family would be a little late for some reason or another. So we started up the hill, just the two of us. It was dark, snowy and cold but gorgeous out. We got up to the cabin and Brad opened the door and I could tell that he was trying to hide something or trying to keep me from seeing something. Then I saw a dozen roses on a table set for two. The cabin was lit by a couple of candles and it was warmed by a pot belly stove. The next moment brad was down on one knee and asked me to marry him.

It was unbelievable. Way better than anything I could have ever imagined. We ate a great dinner that his parents had brought up before we arrived. Then we went back to Brad’s cottage where his family and my parents were waiting. It was such an amazing night and I’m so excited to spend the rest of my life with him. We are going to get married this coming August.
