New House Correction
After looking at what I wrote yesterday I thought I should clear up something. Where as I am buying a new house - Jodi is also buying it with me.
I will continue living with my friends and paying low rent plus half the mortgage of the new house. Jodi will be living at the new house, making it nice and paying the other half of the mortgage. It works out rather nicely because I still want to live with my friends and Jodi would like to move into her own place.

hmm? Nobody wants to comment first? Do I pass?
PLUS-
A house is a better investment than renting. If you can afford it, go right ahead.
Minus-
You have to fix whatever breaks.
gotta run or I’d say more.
Good luck Aaron!
ps Make sure you have good neighbors, it makes a huge difference!
my friend scott had a house for exactly 9 months, and sold it for 17 thousand dollars more than what he bought it for, and only put about 3 thousand dollars into fixing it up.
and if you’re planning on actually living in it, then it’s a way better deal than renting. Of course, any thing that can act as a reason to stay in michigan longer is a bad thing in my humble opinion ;-)
