Somehow Amazon.com got their hands on the new Segway and is the first to offer this innovative product.Segway is described as “a smooth transition from one place or idea to another.” but Dean Kamen (the creator) explains it that while it is that - it also represents an important transition to a new idea: an energy efficient, environmentally friendly, productivity enhancing, and fun alternative for short distance travel.
Looking over the manual and seeing all of what it can do, it almost made me punch in my credit card #. However I was stopped when I saw the $4,950.00 price tag that sat right next to the product.
Mom - I know what I want for Christmas :-)
