Talking about Meetup.com

I did it - I woke up a half-an-hour earlier today. However, in the process of getting my thoughts to trickle down to my fingers my body realized it didn’t have any coffee in it. I don’t even have coffee at my house right now so I did the next best thing - I got on the Internet.
While jumping from site to site (as I like to do here and there) I came across meetup.com. This isn’t a site I’ve seen for the first time but today is when I decided to actually become apart of the sites mission.

The concept is everything you could wish for in something new. I found myself gravitating more toward blog.meetup.com and webstandards.meetup.com. Sadly I knew everyone in the webstandards meetup group and probably won’t go to that one unless more people show up. The blog meetup looks like alot of fun and I have Wednesday, August 21 @ 7:00PM marked on my calendar.
I would love to see any of you there and if you’re new to theparagon.ORG then I would love for nothing more than to get together and talk over cup of joe and talk about life as a weblogger.
