Got some books from the Library

Having a weblog is great! I get to express myself in as many ways as I wish along with listening to what people have to say on various topics.
The hard thing about writing is coming up with, what many people call, good writing. I’ll admit I’m not the best writer, nor am I even able to write everyday. However writing has always been a great way for me to get things off my chest - even if they don’t make any sense to the reader (which I try to avoid doing).
Today during my one-hour lunch I decided to drop by the Library and pick up a couple books on writing. Ya know, see what other people have to say about it and learn different styles that are out there.
I’m hoping to find some inspiration in these readings along with learning to write about my every day experiences as a man in his early 20’s. Honestly, I don’t have a clue if reading these books will really help and if they’re like any other book I pick up - it will take me awhile to actually read through it.
Nonetheless my goal is to become a better writer of my experiences in life and maybe if I’m lucky — more.
