evolt.org publishes my article
_18:00
Over the past couple weeks I’ve been thinking about writing articles for various places. A couple nights ago I finally decided to just go ahead and write about something - shoot, anything.
I joined a CSS mailing list about a month ago because I was having trouble with the CSS in Opera 6.0 and Netscape 4.x. After only a day, my question was answered and I can now proudly say my site works.
I almost got off the list but decided to stay on for alittle longer. To my amazement I started learning alot about CSS and really fast at that. People from all over the world were asking questions. Some I could answer while others I got excited to find out what the answer was.
While hanging out on this mailing list I started telling others about the list. These people joined but then got frustrated with getting such a huge amount of email and not being able to keep up with it all. Which led them to getting of the list in a matter of days.
That got me thinking and is why I wrote - Managing Mailing List Mail - A simple guide for dealing with the clutter.
Evolt.org published this story today and I finally got my first article online :-)
(article on my site here)
What did you think of the article?

Aaron Schaap Says:
Gah - I spelt one word wrong in my evolt.org article and now it’s down to be fixed. Hopefully it will be back up again later tonight or tomorrow. I feel horrible :-(
I did however already get someone responding to my article and you should still be able to get to the article - just not from the front page.
Geez - how horrible is that?
