Yet another NEW DESIGN

Monday_00:21

Welcome to theparagon.ORG’s new design - What do ya think? I came up with the idea yesterday and just spent much more time on putting it together than I had.

I’m still working out some browser bugs. As of right now, the top banner doesn’t repeat like it is supposed to in Opera 6.0 and Netscape 4.x. If you are using an older browser please upgrade to IE 6.0 or Netscape 6.2 - The different will amaze you. Even if you aren’t a geek.

As far as new functions I will get to those when I get any free-time. One thing I am really wanting to have is a way for YOU to pick which design you want to use for my site. I’ve kept all my old code and sooner or later you’ll be able to pick from your favorite www.theparagon.org design - maybe even be able to create your own :-)

I spent the time and studied up on MySQL but need to work on my PHP. I’ve been so bogged down with learning various CSS hacks that I haven’t had time.

I would like to say:

Right now my site has completely valid CSS2 and very close to valid HTML 4.0 validation. I had to write a couple things for my site to work in older browsers and planning on revising my site to be compliant with XHTML 1.0 standards in the near future.

Hopefully you guys like the new design — Do ya?

“ooo…. pretties,” she says as she awefully points a finger at the lovely cleanness of it all.

Thank you everyone from the CSS list (http://two.pairlist.net/mailman/listinfo/css-discuss) that I just joined. My site now works in NS4.x+ and Opera 6.0.
