A quite Saturday night

It’s a Saturday night and I’ve been home all day. Many people have friends they hang out with and a workweek to relax from but I’m alot different than most people.
I have friends and do work but my close friends are hours away at a college that will hold them for close to 4 total years. I work but honestly only one day a week at a respectable job. The other days I find myself being called a freelancer, a person that finds work without the help of others and does it the same.
Even though I sat home this Saturday I still felt ok with doing so. I pulled out my skates and found a handrail to skate on (something I haven’t done in almost years), I worked on a new design for this site - something that will better serve what I am wanting to do, and I watched a really good movie.
It’s not that I don’t ever go out and do things - it’s just that I understand and enjoy the times that I don’t. So today was fun for me and my night wasn’t left unsatisfying. I might even grab a new book and let it take me off into enchanted lands.
But I’ll still wonder - What did you do tonight?
