what diggy used to look like

Bad News:

Today started out very hard for theparagon.org. I used to have a friend I nicknamed “diggy”. Last night diggy was pushed (by accident) off a dresser by Joel Boyles and didn’t make it. The horror and reality of what happened didn’t quite set in until later that night when I wanted to start taking pictures again.

All those wonderful weeks and many snap shots was now just a passing memory.

Good News:

I had a conversation with my parents on what had happened and to find out where “diggy” was born. After some tears and yelling of injustice I found his origional place was Circuit City. A couple hours later I finally showed up and pulled away my tear, pushed my chest up, and walked into the store to discuss what had happened.

Of course they were outraged at what had happened and called diggy’s family. The family felt bad and felt they should send one of their sons to take diggy’s place. They said - “Diggy would have wanted it this way.”

I thanked Circuit City and went back home. It’s going to take a couple days (till Sat.) until diggy’s brother gets here so in the mean time - out of respect - we are going to stop the picture log until his brother comes. It only seems like the right thing to do.

Do you have any fond memories of diggy?

Derek loves his camera so much it's kind of like a disorder Says:

If anything ever happens to my good friend “Minolta DiMage S304,” you’ll hear my cursing all the way in holland. I love this thing more than I love my mom.

Alright, so maybe not that much.

I’ve seen you with that camera and I would easily say - you love that thing MORE than your mother. The way you pet it and kiss it everytime it takes a good picture.

I’ve had to leave the room at times when you’re with your “Minolta DiMage S304” - i mean sick man…
