.NET discussion over at DFC

More than likely we’ve all heard about how Windows XP was a milestone toward the .NET era. In a recent article on Microsoft’s site they stated .NET and Passports will be used by everyone - even online communities.
Personally I have mixed feelings on the whole subject. I did give some of my thoughts on another site that is discussing that very topic. Designforcommunity.com is hosting this conversation and if you want to see what I had to say on the whole mix then try going directly there.
